My name is Tunde — professionally known as TundeOlat. I am an Agile Coach, AI Product Manager and Digital Transformation Specialist with over 15 years of experience operating at the intersection of strategy, technology and people.
My career has been defined by one consistent thread: transformation. Whether enabling research and innovation at UKRI, coaching executive teams to embrace agile thinking, or designing AI-powered solutions that bridge vision and delivery — I bring the same commitment to purposeful, measurable change.
I work with C-suite leaders, product teams and organisations across sectors to unlock performance that was always possible but never fully realised. I believe the most powerful transformations happen when strategy, technology and people are aligned — and that is exactly the alignment I help build.
Beyond the professional, I am a committed Christian whose faith shapes how I lead, how I serve and how I show up for the people I work with. I am also deeply passionate about community building — particularly around mature men navigating purposeful, uncharted seasons of life.
