I am an Agile Coach, AI Strategist and Digital Transformation leader with over 15 years of experience helping executives, teams and organisations navigate complexity and deliver meaningful change. My work spans Agile Coaching, Product Management and Digital Transformation — currently at UK Research and Innovation (UKRI), one of the UK's leading public research bodies.
I operate at the intersection of people, strategy and technology. I do not believe transformation is a project with a start and end date — it is a commitment to continuous, purposeful growth. Every engagement I take on is guided by that conviction.
My approach is both strategic and deeply human. I bring rigour to the boardroom and energy to the stage — helping organisations not just adopt new ways of working, but embed them into the culture of how they operate.
